Ghz System
The EAGLE
2000 2.4GHz FM all-weather wireless video system offers you all of the
advantages of the EAGLE 1000 system plus rugged all-weather construction,
ready for installation right out of the box. Along with the ability to
master the most demanding outdoor environments, the EAGLE 2000 also offers
the excellent range and signal quality characteristics of the EAGLE 1000
system. Typical outdoor ranges are between 3 and 4 miles ( line-of-sight
) using 24dB parabolic grid antenna.
The video
signal itself is protected by a video loss detection alarm as well as
a 32-bit ID, "friend-or-foe" identification code. Both the transmitter
and receiver are also configurable with TrangoLink, a Win95 configuration
and control software.
The wireless
video package offers 4 non-interfering user-selectable channels, 2 external
user defined alarm inputs on transmitter, 1 Amp receiver alarm output
and a Low Power Stand-by mode. Hook up a netSCOPE camera to the transmitter's
inputs and set-up the receiver at a remote location. In minutes, you have
a wireless observation system with incredible possibilities.

Range
With a clear
line of sight between the transmitter and receiver; the maximum range
with an Omnidirectional transmitter and receiver antenna is 1000 feet.
When utilizing a 10DB Patch antenna, the range will increase to 3,000
feet. When utilizing a 14DB Patch antenna the effective range may reach
well over a mile.

Ghz System
The FALCON
5.8GHz FM wireless video system transmits full-color or black & white
NTSC or PAL video with an audio channel and two alarm contact closures.
Its rugged all-steel construction is ideal for demanding surveillance
applications. The FALCON receiver sensitivity provides exceptional, "line
of sight" transmission ranges up to 7 miles outdoors, with typical
indoor ranges averaging 400-1200 feet. The video signal is protected by
a video loss detection alarm as well. The FALCON system is configurable
with TrangoLink Software which allows you to configure and monitor your
systems transmitters, receivers and pan/tilt functions enabling convenient,
remote operation.
A Received
Signal Strength Indicator assists the user with installation alignment.
A complete
selection of high-gain receiver antennas is also available. It is not
designed for operation while in motion.
Transmission
Range
With a clear
line of sight between the transmitter and receiver; the maximum range
with a 30db parabolic receiver antenna is 4-7 miles with an indoor range
of 2600-7600 feet. On the 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz transmitters, you can change
the active channel, operating mode and alarm triggering. On the 2.4Ghz
and 5.8Ghz receivers, you can change the active channel and monitor the
signal strength, transmitter battery status, video loss, and alarm status.
In order
to run the software, you will need Windows 95 or higher, 400 kB of free
disk space, and one free serial port.
