netSCOPE,
inc. Subscription Agreement
In consideration
of my personal authorization of automatic billing of my credit card, which
I have given to netSCOPE, inc. and which I understand will be billed each
month at the beginning of the month during the period of this connection
with netSCOPE, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions which
control the netSCOPE connection service provided to me:
I will receive netSCOPE's privileged Internet connection services in order to obtain video representations of the host center which has made such services available with netSCOPE's video cameras. I understand that any data, video images or other information transmitted by netSCOPE is the property of netSCOPE, inc. and that the use of this netSCOPE connection, and any information obtained from it, is completely at my own risk. I understand that the information available through this connection, as with other Internet connections, may not be accurate, and that this connection may be temporarily interrupted due to hardware or software malfunctions. Further, I agree that netSCOPE cannot be held liable unauthorized, improper or illegal access to its services.
I acknowledge that the privacy of the individuals depicted in the video transmissions for which I am subscribing is an important fundamental right, and that, by virtue of the relationship I have with the center or entity which is the host to netSCOPE's video cameras, I have a limited entitlement to obtain video representations of those individuals in public areas. Therefore, I agree not to provide any public information services or other relay transmissions over this connection, not to allow anyone other than myself access to this connection, and to keep this connection active only while I am actively using it. I agree to maintain my password as private and confidential information. I understand that I may provide my password to one immediate family member who resides with me and that I am responsible for this family member's usage in accordance to this agreement. I agree to use my netSCOPE account in a way that conforms with all applicable laws, regulations and the policies of my Internet service provider. And, I specifically agree not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other hosts, systems or networks.
I understand
and agree that netSCOPE, inc., its employees or agents shall have no liability
for the services, data or information made available to me, including
any liability for any consequential, indirect, special, nominal or incidental
